The Association of Greeks in Serbia "Rigas Fereos" outlined its two basic aims, that is the maintainance of Greek cultural traditions and the Greek language, during a celebration held at Belgrade's city hall. The event was attended by Greek ambassador to Belgrade Panayotis Vlassopoulos, as well as the Cypriot ambassador Andreas Skarparis.

Saluting the event, the Greek ambassador stated that the Association will contribute to the strengthening of the lengthy friendship enjoyed by Greeks and Serbs.
